What this site does not collect

densedc.com does not use a web form, analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or site-set cookies. Contact links open your email application; the website does not receive the draft or report that it was sent.

Hosting request data

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site under its own terms.

If you send email

Your email provider and the receiving email provider process the address, headers, message, and attachments. DenseDC uses inquiry correspondence to evaluate fit, respond, prepare a mutually requested scope, and keep ordinary business or legal records. It is not sold or used for unrelated bulk marketing.

Send only what is needed for the first conversation. Do not email passwords, regulated personal data, export-controlled material, or confidential facility documentation.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, a resulting business relationship, security, or legal obligations. It may be processed by website and email providers or disclosed when legally required. There is no customer database or newsletter attached to this site.

Your request

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry correspondence by emailing hello@densedc.com. A request may be limited where retention is legally required. This email link opens your mail client and does not submit a request through the site.

Changes

If the site later adds a form, analytics, a newsletter, customer accounts, or a formed operating entity, this notice must be updated before that data flow begins.
